Are peripatetic teachers adequately supported in managing the delivery of their tuition and what could we do to enhance this?

Having worked with Music Services for over 15 years we're experienced in listening to the needs of this sector. As we move into 2014 however, we will be directing our focus on the front end users of Ensemble, those who the system works for. As such we will be looking to better understand the needs of peripatetic teachers, music students and parents. By understanding the challenges faced by these individuals we can help our customers to respond to these challenges, to deliver a better experience and ultimately to improve the service their organisation provides.

In order to achieve this we will be opening up a topic of discussion every month and we will be asking you to let us know your thoughts. By participating you'll help us to support you in understanding the issues faced by individuals who come into contact with your organisation.

This month we'll be asking:

Are peripatetic teachers adequately supported in managing the delivery of their tuition and what could we do to enhance this?

We want to really think about:

1) What peripatetic teachers need in order to complete their job effectively
2) The tools available to make their jobs easier
3) The potential benefits to be had in helping peripatetic teachers to manage the delivery of their tuition
